I'm Dr. Aaron Baldwin as an oral maxillofacial surgeon. our training started out with a dental degree. Experience in medicine have medical degree, tumors, defects, reconstruction and corrective jaw surgeries. Because we work so efficiently, if you have wisdom teeth that you're having problems with or want to be evaluated to see if you have any issues or if you have a son or daughter in their mid teenage years and you like for us to evaluate them, you can call us and we can get them in a very timely manner.
Aaron Baldwin DMD, MD is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas and a graduate of Lakeside Highschool. He attended the University of Arkansas and then completed dental school at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Following dental school, he moved to Lexington, KY for medical school and residency where he graduated with distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Dr. Baldwin then completed specialty training and served as chief resident in the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program at UK.
After residency, he stayed on staff at University of Kentucky as associate professor in oral and maxillofacial surgery and also worked in private practice in Lexington. Dr. Baldwin is one of only a handful of dual degree oral surgeons in the state of Arkansas and specializes in orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and reconstruction, dentoalveolar surgery and dental implants. In addition to serving patients in private practice, he is on the facial trauma/reconstruction team at CHI St. Vincent Hospital. Dr. Baldwin also serves as the president of the Arkansas State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and represents our state as the delegate for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. These roles help him to protect and serve patients’ best interests and safety in our state and on a national level. He is also a proud member of the American Medical Association, Arkansas Medical Society, American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, the Garland County Dental Society, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Baldwin is married to Dr. Erin Caylor Baldwin and they have two children, Walker and Graham. When he is not busy chasing two little boys and spending time with family, he enjoys hunting, fly fishing, cooking, and sports. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve his hometown of Hot Springs and the people of Arkansas.
